Annual General Meeting

The AGM of LARWA is scheduled for 15 March 2026 at 10:00 AM at the community hall. All residents are requested to attend.

Water Tank Cleaning

Community overhead water tank cleaning is planned for 5 March. Water supply will be disrupted from 8 AM to 2 PM.

Maintenance Payment Reminder

All residents are reminded to clear pending maintenance dues by 31 March 2026 to avoid being listed as defaulters.

New Security Arrangements

Starting March 1st, new security guards will be on duty. Please register visitor vehicles at the gate.

Request NOC / No Due Certificate

Request a No Objection Certificate or No Due Certificate from LARWA for property transactions or other purposes.

Community Bye Laws

1. Maintenance Charges

Monthly maintenance of ₹2,000 per villa is mandatory. Non-payment beyond 3 months will result in listing as a defaulter and suspension of community amenities access.

2. Property Transactions

Any sale, purchase, or rental transaction within Libra Avenue must be notified to LARWA. A No Objection Certificate from LARWA is required prior to any transactions.

3. Construction & Modifications

Any structural modification to villas must comply with the approved layout plan. Prior written approval from LARWA is required for external modifications.

4. Quiet Hours

Residents must maintain silence between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Loud music, construction, or any noise-generating activities are prohibited during these hours.

5. Parking Rules

Vehicles must be parked within designated areas only. No parking on roads or common areas. Visitor vehicles must be registered at the security gate.

6. Pet Policy

Pets must be on a leash in common areas. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Aggressive breeds require a muzzle in community spaces.

7. Waste Disposal

Segregated waste disposal is mandatory. Wet and dry waste must be separated. No dumping waste in common areas or vacant plots.

8. Security

All visitors must register at the gate. Residents must inform security for expected visitors. CCTV surveillance is active in all common areas.
